1961 BMW R-Series

BMW R-Series. Matching numbers project. Clean Virginia title in my name. This bike requires a complete restoration.Frame and block are 1961. Front fork, timing case cover and front cover are from a later year. Headlight bucket is from an R69US.1 wheel is a standard with, 1 wheel is a wide rim.Please see photos for addition detail. Only parts in the pictures are included. If you do not see a picture of a part I do not have it. Close up pictures are to show know damage. Damage includes but is not limited to: broken center stand bosses on frame, failed U-joint in drive shaft, cracked and re-welded front cover, missing tang on center stand, both valve cover are dented and scratched, fenders require painting. Crank requires rebuilding.I make no guarantee and offer no warranty regarding the functionality of any parts. No parts have been tested, condition is unknown. Local pick up is best. Smaller parts have been packed into 3-27 gallon totes (included in sale). Frame, wheels, front end, fenders and crash bars are too large to fit in totes. Parts are too big and totes are too heavy for USPS, FedEx or UPS.A 0 PayPal deposit is due within 24 hours to my PAYPAL account, balance in cash or certified funds due within 7 day. I can storage bike up to 30 days after auction free of charge. After 30 days a storage charge of per day will be incurred. If bike has not been picked up by 90 days after auctions end I will consider the vehicle abandon and reserve the right to resell.
