2014 BMW R-Series

Description

I first rode a BMW 800GS when I turned 60 and rode 2400 miles in the dirt through Patagonia to Tierra Del Fuego, Argentina, "The End of the Earth".  This was an adventure I will never forget and when I returned home I loved the 800GS so much replaced my BMW 1600GTL for this incredible machine!    My plan was to tour North America but instead I traveled to and toured 11 countries with motorcycle touring company Ride Adventures.   I am now happily married and 68 years old, hard to believe, but after many years touring I have decided to keep my riding local on my 66 BMW Sidecar rig and a scooter!    What can I say about this BMW that I have not already said!  If you don't buy mine buy an 800GSA and ride!  This bike has everything you need for touring, BMW Touring cases & top box, a tank bag, BMW Garmin GPS and I'm throwing in lots of great quality gear, everything in the picture and more!!    NOT INCLUDED but available for purchase we will be offering mine and my wife's touring gear.  I wear a 44 long, 36 pant and 10.5 boots.  My wife's BMW gear made for a woman is barely used;  she is 5'5" wears a 44 jacket & pant & an 8.5 woman's boot.
