AUSTRALIAN WWII KHAKI GAUNTLET STYLE "MOSQUITO" MITTEN SHELLS
Australian WWII issued khaki cotton gauntlet style "mosquito" mitten shells have slot for the thumb and another for the remaining fingers. They are either Hm'ed “D ^ D” or V413/1943”, these shells are missing from most “CBI” collections.  An exact item was also issued to WWII Japanese soldiers.  All are in mint unissued “New Unissued Stock.”
