    Estate Find
We offer a satin glass ewer with an up and down folded rim above a lobed body resting on a smooth foot. The ewer has a clear glass handle applied to a teal body and has been decorated with enameled nasturtium flowers. The body of the ewer is Uranium glass with a strong florescence. T
he ewer is hand blown with a roughened pontil mark.
The vase dates to the late nineteenth century.
Although unmarked, we attribute the vase to the American glass firm of Mt. Washington due to the similarity to signed and documented pieces.
The ewer measures 9 3/4" in height and 4" in width. The base diameter is 3.
The vase is in very good vintage condition with no chips, cracks, breaks or repairs.
