    Description

    Original Australian1907 Bayonet & Scabbard. This is marked "MA" on the Ricasso along with a
    Broad Arrow
    and a Bend Test "X".
    The obverse has "MA, 1907, a
    partial Broad Arrow" and "5  42". The blade has been sharpened, but it is not destroyed. The Pommel is marked with "31113".  The scabbard Mouthpiece and Ferrule are marked
    with
    "W.J.H.", an Inspector's mark and "M/121". This has a round frog stud and the leather is rough, similar to the WWII American "rough out" boots, but there are several YouTube videos on how to smooth it. Regardless of the sharpening, this is still a nice piece.
