Pair WW2 Wartime CBI AAF ATC China Burma India Propaganda Paperback Books

Description

Up for auction are a pair of paperback propaganda type booklets from the CBI Theatre published during WW2.  The first one is just a short period history of the Army Air Forces Air Transport Command and what it does in the CBI.  Marked restricted and not to be mailed home.  Good shape for its age.
The second book is a commercial booklet published in India that was written by a local revolutionary who escaped out of Japanese held Burma.  Written in ink is the note Property of Officers Club, 97th Squadron.   Basically a report on the Japanese occupation and current conditions in that country.  Also in great shape for its age.  Author is M. Thein Pe.  There is a page on Wikipedia regarding him for more info.
