The tip tray measures 4-1/4" in diameter and shows a nice Victorian lady stock image Red Hair Ribbons. Marked as made by: Unsigned But attributed to The Meek Co. of Coshocton Ohio OH. Good condition as shown with scattered surface wear from age and use and displays well.  A very nice early pre pro brewery piece for your collection.
