    RARE ANTIQUE SIGNED MT WASHINGTON VASE GUBA FLYING DUCKS 17" COLONIAL WARE GLASS
    DESCRIPTION
    Here is a rare find!  Antique Mount Washington white opal glass with fabulous hand painted "Guba" flying ducks, exceptional detail and raised gilt gold enamels.  Stunning and impressive very tall
    just under 17" tall.  This vase has the red crown in wreath mark, indicating it is part of the colonial ware line by Mt. Washington.  The realism detail of the ducks is spectacular and very hard to find Pairpoint Mt Washington.  No chips or cracks.  There is some age appropriate wear noted with close scrutiny, to a few areas of the raised edges of the gold leaves and the gilt gold at rim, see images.  Overall, excellent condition and a fine rare museum quality piece.
