Vintage WW2 Map -"Dated Events War Map"-Justus Lumber Company, Hopkins, MN-1944

Description

Vintage "Dated Events War Map" published by the C. C. Peterson Advertising company, copyright 1944.  I believe this map was a promotional item given away by the Justus Lumber Company of Hopkins, MN - Hopkins is a city to the southwest of Minneapolis. Like many advertisements at that time, it encourages buying war bonds and stamps.
The map is full of information - dates of battles and invasions (for example, "Russia Invades Finland Nov. 30 - 39", actions taken and agreements made by governments (for example, "Roosevelt Signs Lend-Lease March 11 - 41"), and much more.
The map measures 38 5/8 inches wide and 17 1/8 inches tall.
Overall, the map has significant wear but even with this, the vast majority of the text is readable and the colors are still bright. The map has creasing and tearing along the folds.  In addition to the original folds, it looks like it was folded and/or rolled up a few more times.  There is clear tape on the front and back holding the map together and holes in each corner.
